Data deletion

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This page describes how to have data deleted that Mara Games (Marek Pěnička) holds about you. It applies to all apps and games published by Mara Games and complements section 10 of the privacy policy.

1. Where your data is

  • Only on your device: saved progress, settings, recordings and measurements. Mara Games has no access to them. You delete them in the app or by uninstalling it. Some operating systems back up app settings and may restore them after you reinstall the app.
  • On the studio's servers: a player name shown in a ranking (in apps that have one) and, depending on the app, data linked to a randomly generated installation identifier, such as usage events and statistics. Apps usually do not collect your name or e-mail address.
  • With the stores: payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Mara Games does not receive your card or bank details and cannot delete data held by the stores. Use your Google or Apple account settings for that.

2. Delete the data in the app

Where the app offers it (usually in Settings, for example Delete sent data), use that option. It is the only way to delete data that is tied just to an installation identifier, because otherwise the studio cannot tell which data belongs to you.

3. Ask for deletion by e-mail

  1. Write to info@marekpenicka.cz.
  2. State the app and the platform (Android or iOS).
  3. For a player name in a ranking, give the name exactly as it is shown.
  4. If the app shows an installation identifier, include it. Without it, data linked only to that identifier cannot be found.

Mara Games replies within one month and confirms what was deleted.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted on request: your player name in a ranking and the data linked to the installation identifier you provide, including the installation profile.
  • Deleted automatically: usage events sent to the analytics provider (Unity Analytics) are removed after up to 13 months.
  • Kept: aggregated statistics that do not identify you, and accounting records for the period required by law.

5. Website cookies

Website analytics runs only after you agree in the cookie notice. You can withdraw the consent at any time in Cookie settings in the footer of this website, or delete the cookies in your browser.

6. Complaints

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, https://uoou.gov.cz, or the authority in your country.
